We want you to love your organic essentials, but if something isn't right, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear must remain in its unopened, original sealed box to be eligible for a return.

Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and ensure all tags are attached before sealing the box securely for transit.
Ship It Back
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
